In the unlikely event that there is a suspected issue, Tate & Lyle has the information at hand to quickly identify potential causes, and can instantly track shipping information to enable rapid tracking and retrieval if necessary. 

To make sure this process works, Tate & Lyle regularly runs recall simulations.

Of course, we have never had to actually use this training because we have never had a recall for SPLENDA® Sucralose.
